getThis&That Programme (gT&T) Begins

The programme allows members with cerebral palsy to purchase small items that are needed to manage the affects of their cerebral palsy.

The programme now will be based on a voucher system (very similar to the getOutThere programme, which is working well). Members apply to be on the getThis&That programme.

If accepted, $200 in vouchers will be sent out. The personalized vouchers will have an expiry date approximately 3 months out from the date of printing.

This gives the user 3 months to make any purchases required. After this date the vouchers become invalid and will no longer be accepted by suppliers. Only one allotment of vouchers will be made in one financial year (Jul-Jun). If the user wishes to participate in the programme in the following year they will have to re-apply (unlike the getOutThere programme which has automatic rollover).

The user can use their vouchers at pre-authorized suppliers ONLY. Obviously if the item costs more than what the vouchers come to, the user must pay the difference.

More suppliers will be added to our list. For the latest on the list of suppliers have a check below. We plan, with time, on getting a number of different suppliers on board to satisfy 90% of what is needed to help manage the effects of having/living with cerebral palsy.

We invite members with cerebral palsy to apply for the programme now. If you can suggest suppliers that’s would be good to have on the programme then please email details to harvey@cpsociety.org.nz . Click on the link to the Application Form. Have a good read of the conditions, fill it out and post it into us.
